Cigarette Paper Roll Flatness Tester
- Model
- LPF-200
- Brand
- APL
The LPF-200 uses a laser displacement sensor and an automatic scanning mechanism to record end-face height variation on cigarette paper rolls and calculate surface parameters referenced in ISO 25178.
01
Overview
The LPF-200 Cigarette Paper Roll Flatness Tester is designed to measure end-face flatness on cigarette paper reels. A laser displacement sensor and stepper-motor scanning mechanism record height variation across the reel end face. The software analyses the scan and calculates surface parameters referenced in ISO 25178.
The instrument is intended for laboratory and quality-control work involving tobacco papers, paper production, and printed packaging materials.
