Type A Cut-Tobacco Morphology Analyzer
- Model
- Type A
- Brand
- APL
The Type A analyzer uses industrial imaging and image processing to measure cut-tobacco length, width, area, perimeter, and morphology distributions.
01
Overview
The Type A Cut-Tobacco Morphology Analyzer automatically measures the length, width, and morphology of cut tobacco. An industrial camera captures specimen images, and the software identifies individual strands while excluding tangled, overlapping, and clustered specimens.
After the operator distributes the specimen on the tray and starts the measurement, the semi-automatic system feeds the specimen, captures images, calculates parameters, and stores the results.
